Winnfield, Died on Tuesday Mrs. Scirenia Lucille Dubois, wife of Leon Dubois of South Winnfield, died at a local clinic Tuesday, April 1, following a short illness. Mrs. Dubois was born December 2, 1899 at Williana, La., and moved to Winnfield after her marriage to Mr. Dubois. She had lived in Winnfield for 24 years, and was well known and loved by all who knew her. Surviving are her husband and four sons, Matthew Laube, of Beaumont, Texas, Wesley, Raymond, and Clyde Lee of Winnfield; brothers, Marshall Rayburn, Zimmerman, La., Walker Rayburn of the U. S. Army stationed at Kessler Field, Miss., and ___________ Rayburn, Winnfield; six sisters, Lottie Emmons of Columbia, Bessie King of Georgetown, Florence Sharp of Tyler, Texas, Estelle Ingles of Winnfield, Viola Taylor of Blue Lake, Calif., and Bertha McCann of Alexandria. She is also survived by three grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. C. M. Robinson of Winnfield and interment was in the Mars Hill Cemetery.
