Mrs. J. L. Dulaney Called By Death

Mrs. J. L. Dulaney, 74, died Tuesday night at eleven o'clock in the Monroe
hospital.  Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 o'clock by Rev. Joe Adams
of Sikes, in the family cemetery near Hebron.

Mrs. Dulaney, the former Miss Doshia Starnes, was born and reared at Hebron. 
She had been a member of the Baptist Church since her thirteenth birthday and
was one of the oldest members of the church.

She is survived by her husband and five sons: Sam of Marion, La., Homer of
Monroe, Floyd, Lewis, and Howard of Sikes; one brother, Frank Starnes of
Grayson.

The funeral was conducted under the direction of the Edmonds Funeral Home of
Jonesboro.
