Robert L. Dunn, Former Clerk Of Court, Dies

Robert Lee Dunn, 52, of Winnfield, died early Saturday, October 16, 1976 in
the Alexandria Veterans Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He served as Winn Parish Clerk of Court from 1952 to 1964 and was a veteran of
World War II.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Southern Funeral Home
chapel with Rev. Robert Gage and Rev. Calvin Phelps officiating.  Burial was
in the Garden of Memories.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Florence Dunn of Winnfield; two daughters,
Mrs. Sherie Nicklas of Little Rock, Ark., and Mrs. Vickie Brewton of
Natchitoches, and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers included Glenn Smith, Elton Brewton, G. E. Brewton, Ray Jenkins,
Hiram Wright, and Don Thompson.
