C. C. Dunn Rites Held Wednesday In Winnfield

Funeral services for Clifton C. Dunn, 44, of Tullos, were held at 2 p.m.
Friday in the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home Chapel.  The Rev. Coda Salter and
Rev. C. C. Martin officiated.  Burial was in the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery
in Pineville.

The 44 year old disable veteran was found Wednesday at his home in Tullos.  A
native of Rochelle, he was a World War II veteran and a member of the Baptist
Church.

Survivors include his father, William C. Dunn of Joyce; three brothers,
William E. Dunn of Georgetown, Ernest B. Dunn of Long Island, N. Y., and
Willard H. Dunn of Pollock; and five sisters, Mrs. Maruine Williams of
Shreveport, Mrs. Edith Jones of Winnfield, Mrs. Loyce Stubbs of Houston,
Texas, Mrs. Clara Bennett of Joyce, and Mrs. Estelle Gorman of Tullos.
