William N. Dunn Burial Rites Held Thursday

William N. Dunn, 89, of Ward Two, who died at the Huey P. Long Memorial
Hospital in Pineville Tuesday night at 10 o'clock, was buried at the Allen
Cemetery in Ward 2 Thursday morning at 11:00 o'clock.

Rev. Ab McMurry preached the funeral services and the Masonic ritual was held
at the cemetery.

Mr. Dunn was born in Winn Parish July 5, 1854 and lived his entire life in
Ward 2.  His occupation was farming and at one time he served his community as
police jury member.  He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ira Allen of Route 2, Winnfield, nine
grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
