Mr. John Pryor Durham, age 81 years, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs.
John Griffin, of Pollock, La., and was buried here Tuesday afternoon, the Rev.
Carl DeVane of Emanuel Baptist Church, Alexandria conducting the funeral
services. 

Those of his children who were present were: Mesdames John Griffin of Pollock,
Mollie Mitchell of Shreveport, George Lorraine of Winnfield; Messrs. C. M.
Durham of Shreveport, T. M. Durham of Alexandria, H. A. Durham of Montgomery,
also many grandchildren and other relatives were present.
