Funeral Rites For Ira F. Durbin Held Friday

Funeral services for Ira F. Curbin, 76, of Goldonna were held at 4 p.m. Friday
at Antioch Methodist Church in Winn Parish, the Rev. W. L. Fussell and Huey
White officiating.  Burial was in Antioch Cemetery.

He died Thursday in a Jonesboro hospital after a brief illness.

Survivors include five sons, Dewey Durbin and Harry Durbin, both of West
Monroe, Lt. Ira L. Durbin, with the U. S. Navy at National City, Calif., Jimmy
D. Durbin of Winnsboro, Tex., and Harold Durbin of Winnfield; three daughters,
Mrs. M. C. Goines of Winnfield, Mrs. T. R. Crocker of Avon Park, Fla., and
Mrs. Jack Carr of Fort Worth, Tex.; one brother, Calvin Durbin of Winnfield,
and 11 grandchildren.
