Mrs. C. M. Durham Dies At Her Home in Houston, Texas

Mrs. Mamie Elliott Durham, wife of C. M. Durham, former assessor of Winn
Parish, died at her home in Houston, Texas, on Friday of last week, according
to reports reaching here.

Mrs. Durham has a host of relatives in this section on both sides of the
family, the Durham and the Elliotts. Funeral services were held in Houston.

She is survived by her husband, C. M. Durham, several sons, among them Dr. M.
E. Durham of Houston, Malon Durham and Willie Durham.
