W. H. Davidson Succumbs At 73; Burial In Pollock

William Henry Davidson, 73, a retired logger, died at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 16, 1965
in a Pineville hospital.

He is survived by two sons, Herschel W. of New Orleans and Wallace R. Davidson
of Pineville; a daughter, Evelyn B. Blaney of Houston; a sister, Mrs. W. S.
Gilcrease of Winnfield; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He
was the brother in law of Luther Peters of Winnfield.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Hixson
Brothers, Alexandria, with burial in Pollock Cemetery.

Mrs. Ed Martin, niece, and Mrs. Billy Ray Berry, great niece of Winnfield
attended the last rites.
