Dyson, Sr., Dies In Montgomery George Dyson, Sr., 82, died at 4 p.m. Sunday at his home in Montgomery. He was a retired farmer. Funeral services were held in the Union Grove Church of God at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Lula Wardlow and the Rev. J. A. Allen officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro. Survivors are his wife, Mae; five sons, Owen of Columbus, Miss., Henry of Levelland, Tex., and Morgan, Earl, and George, Jr., of Montgomery; four daughters, Mrs. Dayton Gilcrease of Oxnard, Calif., Mrs. Clarence Price of Santa Anna, Calif., Mrs. George Gilcrease, Jr. of Baton Rouge, nad Mrs. Mattie Mae Bannister of Zachary; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; four brothers, C. C. and W. H. Dyson of Montgomery, Wade Dyson of Tucson, Ariz., and John Dyson of Luling, Tex.; and two sisters, Mrs. Melissa May of Baton Rouge and Mrs. Aurelia Spikes of Montgomery.
