Mildred Ellard

Mildred Y. Ellard, 78, of 500 Center Street, Winnfield, died at 2:30 a.m.
Tuesday, September 23, 1980 in the local hospital.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Winnfield, Pink Ladies
Organization, and a Sunday School teacher for many years.

Survivors include two sons, Dale Ellard of Denver and Walter Ellard of
Clarksdale, Miss.; two daughters, Robin Shaddox of Russellville, Ark., and
Maude Smith of Winnfield; three sisters, Ruth Young of Monroe, Louise Doughty
and Jessie Dowdy, both of Jonesville; 10 grandchildren, 11 great
grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church of Winnfield
with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating.  Burial was in Garden of Memories under
direction of Southern.
