Final Rites For Mrs. B. Evans Held At Georgetown

Mrs. Belle Lowe Evans, 76, a resident of Georgetown, died at 3:30 p.m. Monday
in Urania clinic.

Survivors include her husband, Alvert Evans of Georgetown; two sons, Douglas
Evans of Winnfield and Delbert Evans of Sterlington; two daughters, Mrs.
Bertha Lee Bradford of Georgetown and Mrs. Mildred Cupp of Urania; one sister,
Mrs. Sarah Christy of Montgomery; 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Georgetown Baptist Church
with Rev. Oscar Bradford officiating with interment in Rochelle Cemetery under
direction of Hixson Brothers.
