Funeral Services For C. W. Evans of Sardis On Tuesday

Funeral services for C. W. Evans, age 59, who died at his home at Sardis, six
miles south of Winnfield early Monday morning, were held Tuesday morning. Rev.
W. E. Sherwood conducted the services and interment was made in the Sardis 
cemetery.

Mr. Evans is survived by his widow and four sons, Denson, Leonard, Henry, and
Harvey Evans, of Winnfield, and one daughter, Mrs. Lonnie Wells of Sicily 
Island.
