Oldest St. Maurice Citizen Dies At 92

William P. Everett, Sr., 92, oldest citizen of the St. Maurice Community, died
Sunday at 2 p.m. in an Alexandria hospital.

Survivors include two sons, W. P., Jr., of Montgomery and W. D. of Lake
Jackson, Texas; three daughters, Eunice of Ruston, Mrs. M. L. Drane and Mrs.
N. R. Bostick, both of Houston.

Graveside services were held Sunday at 4:30 p.m. in the St. Maurice Cemetery
with the Rev. John Badford of Hargis Baptist Church officiating.  Burial was
in the St. Maurice Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home.
