He was a resident of the Tugwell Addition. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Saturday, January 18 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, with the Rev. B. J. Washington officiating. Burial will be in the Winnfield Colored Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Mandy Farris, Winnfield; five daughters, Gladys Bradley and Lottie Mae Farris, San Francisco, Calif.; Clementine Gibson, Oakland, Calif.; Johnnie Ethel Gilliam and Ruby Lee Farris, Winnfield.
