Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery with the Rev. W. B. "Bill" Paige officiating. Mrs. Fletcher died Tuesday, February 28, 1984, in Evergreen Manor Nursing Home, Minden. She was a native of Montgomery and was a housewife. Survivors include two sons, George F. Fletcher of Bossier City and Hardy Lee Fletcher of Montgomery; one daughter, Mrs. Avis Adams of Corsicana, Texas; two sisters, Helen Hickman and Drunetta Desadier, both of Montgomery; and five grandchildren.
