Fletcher, 85, of Winnfield died at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 1976 in Natchitoches Parish Hospital. Mrs. Fletcher was a member of First Baptist Church of Winnfield, a native of Texas, and a retired school teacher. Survivors include two stepsons, R. M. Fletcher of Natchitoches and Elmon Fletcher of Shreveport; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Neely of Clearwater, Fla.; one brother, J. R. Hopper of El Dorado, Ark., and one sister, Mrs. Lula Watts of Winnfield. Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in Southern Funeral Home's chapel, Winnfield, with Revs. Calvin Phelps and Robert Gage officiating. Burial was in Winnfield City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kenneth Watts, Jr., Richard Watts, James Hopper, J. D. Holmes, Donald Kelley, and James Watts.
