Mrs. Bessie C. Ford, Sister of Local Women, Dies

Mrs. Bessie Curry Ford, age 71 years, died at her home in Leesville, La.,
Monday, April 21.  Funeral services were conducted from the Dennis Funeral
Home of Leesville, La., Tuesday, April 22, with Rev. Dr. Nanny and Rev. Dr.
Law in charge of the services.  Interment was in a Leesville cemetery.

Mrs. Ford was born and reared at Mt. Zion Community and for the past forty-
five years has lived in Leesville, La.  She is survived by one son, Curry
Ford, of Leesville, and three sisters, Mrs. J. W. Teddlie and Mrs. M. O. Fittz
of Winnfield and Mrs. F. P. Jones of Leesville.
