Hershel Ford Of Hinton Succumbs To Short Illness

Hershel Ford, age nine years and seven months, died at the Baptist Hospital in
Alexandria Tuesday, July 16, 1929 following an illness of only two days.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday by Rev. Miles of Tullos and
interment was made in the Beech Creek Cemetery.

The deceased was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Ford of Hinton, La., and was
loved by all who knew him.

Surviving relatives are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Ford, three brothers,
Lemon, Aubrey, and R. A. Ford, one sister, Minnie Edna, and a host of near
relatives and friends.
