Last Rites For A. J. Fowler Held At Mt. Zion Sun.

A. J. Fowler, 75, died May 25 in a Jonesboro hospital. Last rites were
conducted Sunday in the Union Hill Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. Rev. J. A.
Allen, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Mr. Fowler is survived by three nieces, one nephew, a host of first cousins,
and friends.

His body lay in state in the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Fowler until time for
burial.

Pallbearers were Olin Tilton, Buford Fowler, S. M. Fowler, Mack McGinty,
Willard McGinty, and Bill Sheffield.
