Mrs. T. W. Fowler, 83, Succumbs; Rites At Mt. Zion

Mrs. T. W. Fowler, 83, of Winnfield, died at 3:50 a.m. Thursday, September 19,
1974 in a local hospital after a lengthy illness.

Widow of T. W. Fowler of the Wheeling Community, Mrs. Fowler was a member of
the Methodist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Polly S. Beckley and Mrs. Maudie F.
Long, both of Winnfield, and Mrs. Hazel McCain of Natchitoches; a brother, J.
T. McLamore of Wheeling; and a sister, Mrs. L. W. Faulk of Houston, Texas.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday in the Mount Zion United Methodist
Church with Revs. G. A. McVay and Roy Moore officiating.  Burial was in the
church cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield.

Pallbearers were Jack McLamore, Perry Joe Smith, P. K. Smith, Glen McLamore,
Buford Fowler, and John W. Teddlie.
