Last Rites For Earnest Fox At Zion Hill Aug. 8

Funeral services for Earnest Fox, about 45, who died in an Alexandria hospital
Wednesday afternoon following a heart attack earlier that day, were to be held
at the Zion Hill Baptist Church near Tannehill at 3 p.m. Thursday, August 8. 
Officiating ministers were to be Rev. Melvin James and Rev. E. P. Bringol. 
Burial was to be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Fox was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Fox of Tannehill and was a
native of this parish.  He was employed at Esler Field near Alexandria.

He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Joe Gilmore of Jonesboro; and four
brothers, Henry Fox, Winnfield, Morris Fox, Dry Prong, Vince Fox, Jonesboro,
and Odus Fox, Shreveport.
