Robert Lee Fox, 79, Buried At Zion Hill Wednesday, Feb. 20

Robert Lee Fox, 79, lifelong resident of the Tannehill Community, and a
retired farmer, died at his home early Tuesday, Feb. 19, following a heart
attack.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Zion Hill Baptist
Church with the Rev. Willie Broadway officiating.  Assisting with the rites
were Rev. E. B. Barton and Rev. C. R. McCartney.  Burial was in the church
cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Denver Fox, Edward Jordan, Bill Roberts, Wilmer
Sanders, Lowrey Reeves, and Johnny Parker, all nephews of the deceased.

Mr. Fox was a member of the Zion Hill Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora Dean Fox, and two daughters, Mrs. J. J.
Brewer and Mrs. F. B. Caruthers, all of Tannehill; four grandchildren and two
great grandchildren; five brothers, B. B. and B. L. Fox, Shreveport; N. J.
Fox, Monroe; H. W. Fox, Kilgore; C. W. Fox, Tannehill; and one step sister,
Mrs. K. L. Boyett, Joyce.
