Love officiating. Burial followed in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield. Mr. Frazier died after a long illness at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, January 22, 1985 at Humana Hospital in Winnfield. He was a Winn Parish native, born February 2, 1908, the son of Joseph F. and Ada Machen Frazier in Cypress Creek Community. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Winnfield, Eastern Star Lodge No. 151 of Winnfield, Monroe Scottish Rite Bodies, The York Rite of Winnfield and Barak Temple of the Shrine in Monroe. Mr. Frazier was a retired Winnfield businessman, having owned and operated for many years Frazier's Machine & Supply. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Louise O'Laughlin Frazier of Winnfield; two sons, Elmo Frazier, Jr., of Shreveport, and Mickey Frazier of Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs. Johnnie Louise Porter of Winnfield; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie F. Garrett of Winnfield and Mrs. Shenora Kiley and Mrs. Ora Dell Zubrod, both of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
