Frazier, Local Businessman, Succumbs Cloie Lee Frazier, 70, of Winnfield, died at 1:25 a.m. Sunday, January 9, 1983 in Humana Hospital. Frazier was a native of Jonesville and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a department store manager and a member of Laurel Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Maurice Frazier of Winnfield; two daughters, Jimmie Lovell and Jan Wilson, both of Winnfield; one sister, Lois Huey of Benton, Ark.; and two grandchildren. Services were held at 3 p.m. Monday in Laurel Heights Baptist Church with Rev. J. P. Miles and Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating. Burial was in Garden of Memories under direction of Southern. Pallbearers were Luther Frazier, Norris Frazier, Reese Stuckey, Jesse O. Anders, Alan Carter, J. D. Jones, David White, Bill Bazer, Johnny Lovell. No. 2 Cloie Frazier Succumbs Cloie Lee Frazier, 70, of Winnfield died at 1:25 a.m. Sunday, January 9, 1983 in Humana Hospital after a lengthy illness. Frazier was a native of Jonesboro and an army veteran of World War II. He was a department store manager for U. B. Carpenter Dept. Stores and retired in 1980 after 44 years. He was a member of Laurel Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Maurice Frazier, two daughters, Jimmie Lovell and Jan Wilson, two grandchildren, Courtney Wilson and Johnny Lovell all of Winnfield; one sister, Lois Huey of Benton, Arkansas. Services were held Monday at 3 p.m. at Laurel Heights Baptist Church with Rev. J. P. Miles and Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating. Burial was in Garden of Memories under direction of Southern.
