Eldridge Jackson Franks

The death angel again visited the Shady Grove Community near Calvin in the
terrible drowning tragedy, claiming the darling little son of Mr. and Mrs.
Chester Franks.

Little Eldridge Jackson was born June 26, 1931 and died near his home May 17,
1933.  His little sweet face will be forever missed by sorrowing parents and a
host of relatives and friends.  We know and realize God knows and does all
things for the best.  Heaven is sweeter and this precious little babe is safe
in the arms of Jesus.  Weep not over him loved ones.  We shall meet him again
if we wait.

Interment was made in Sanders Cemetery.  The Rev. Frank P. Moss officiating. 

Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Barnes of Winnfield are the maternal grandparents and Mrs.
Attie Franks of this community is the paternal grandmother.
