E. C. Frazier, 64, Dies; Rites Held Tuesday, Feb. 22

Edgar C. Frazier, 64, of Winnfield, died Sunday, February 20, 1972 in an
Alexandria hospital.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, a Master Mason, and an engineer for
the railroad.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lucille Frazier of Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs.
Ardis R. Sikes of Alexandria; a brother, C. L. Frazier of Winnfield; two 
sisters, Mrs. Hazel Bell of Baton Rouge and Mrs. Crawford Huey of Benton,
Ark.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with Rev.
Calvin Phelps officiating, assisted by Rev. Robert Gate.  Burial was in Garden
of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Pallbearers included Marvin R. Harrell, J. W. Kennedy, Jr., Clinton Roberts,
G. W. Jones, Newton Forrest, James L. Thomas.
