All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: March 30, 1939 Winn Parish Enterprise Harvey Fudge Is Buried At Corinth Sunday Death Claims Youth Injured By Falling Tree Over Year Ago James Harvey Fudge, 21 years of age, paralyzed when he was struck by a falling tree more than a year ago while he was working in a field near the home of his grandfather, Rev. J. H. Lewis, several miles east of Winnfield, died in a Little Rock hospital last Saturday. He had been bedridden for many months. Funeral services were held at the Corinth graveyard Monday afternoon with the Rev. J. A. Jones and the Rev. Brown of Pollock officiating. Surviving are his father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Fudge of Little Rock, Ark., one brother, Sherwood and one sister, L. E., and a stepsister, and stepbrother; and his grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. J. H. Lewis of near Winnfield with whom he made his home.
