Doug Madden officiating. Burial was in Colfax Cemetery under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Monroe. Mr. Fuller died Saturday, June 23, 1979 in St. Francis Medical Center after a long illness. He was a native of Bernice and a retired assistant district attorney in the Louisiana attorney general's office. Fuller was a Mason and a Shriner and a member of the First Methodist Church, Monroe. Mr. Fuller came to Winnfield about 1920 and was a law partner of attorney Clyde Pearce. He married the former Vivian McNeely of Colfax and served as District Attorney for the Eight Judicial District for 24 years. He later was Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana and lived in Baton Rouge for a number of years prior to his retirement. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Brooksie Kelly; one brother, Jim Fuller; one sister, Mrs. Maxine Landers; and two grandchildren, all of Monroe.
