Allie Fox Mar. 6 At Zion Hill Miss Martha Allie Fox, 80, a resident of Winnfield, succumbed Friday morning, March 6, 1958, at the home of her sister, Mrs. G. W. Price of Dodson, following a lengthy illness. She had been a resident of Winn Parish throughout her life and was a member of the Laurel Heights Baptist Church in Winnfield. The Rev. C. C. Martin and the Rev. George Foster officiated at the services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Laurel Heights Baptist Church. Burial was in the Zion Hill Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Miss Fox is survived by two brothers, Sam Fox, Winnfield, and Lawrence Fox, Alexandria; seven sisters, Mrs. Ada Smith and Mrs. Ethel Peppers of Winnfield, Mrs. G. W. Prince, Mrs. Lou Ella Hammons, and Mrs. Lena Adams, all of Dodson, Mrs. Delia Pearce, Alvarado, Texas, and Mrs. Viola Stroud, Sikes; and several nieces and nephews.
