Mrs. J. C. Fox Dies Saturday, January 4

One of Oldest Members of the Community And Church Succumbs

Funeral services for Mrs. J. C. Fox, of Winn Parish, were held at the Zion
Hill Baptist Church under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield,
Sunday morning at eleven o'clock with Reverend W. D. Sherwood assisted by Rev.
O. L. Hughes, officiating.

Mrs. Fox was 78 years of age at the time of her death.  She was one of the
oldest members of the Tannehill Community and Church.

Surviving members of her family are one daughter and five sons, Mrs. K. L.
Boyett, Winnfield, Rev. N. J. Fox, Winnfielod, C. A. Fox, Winnfield, B. B.
Fox, Shreveport, B. L. Fox, Shreveport, H. W. Fox, Kilgore, Texas; two
stepsons, R. L. Fox and T. L. Fox, Winnfield.
