Final Rites For Henry A. Franks Held July 3

Henry A. Franks, 85, retired farmer, died at 1 a.m. June 30, 1966 in a
Winnfield nursing home after a long illness.  He was a lifelong resident of
the Calvin area.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Sunday in Sanders Chapel near
Calvin, with the Rev. E. B. Barton and Rev. Grafton Shaw officiating.  Burial
was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are three sons, Lelve Franks of Calvin, Jim Franks of Clarence,
Louis Franks of California; two daughters, Lena Mae R. Bryant and Annie Belle
F. Waller, both of New Mexico; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
