Father Of Local Resident Dies In Arkansas

Irvin A. Foster, 78, of Atlanta, died Thursday, March 1, 1973 at a Hot
Springs, Ark., hospital.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. at the Southern Funeral Home chapel in
Winnfield.  Burial was in the Brown Cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. J. H. Stanley of Port Allen, Mrs. W.
E. Denney of Hot Springs, Ark., and Mrs. Luther Collins of Atlanta; four
brothers, Lee Foster of Norwalk, Calif., Allen Baren, Earl Baren, and Leonard
Baren, all of Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Judson Rhodes of New Mexico and Mrs.
Carl Lowery of Texas; and seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
