Arnold Garner, 59, Expires; Rites At Mt. Zion

Funeral services for Arnold L. Garner, 59, of Montgomery, were held at 3 p.m.
Tuesday at the Mt. Zion Methodist Church with the Revs. G. A. McVay and Roy
Moore officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of
Southern Funeral Home.

Mr. Garner died Monday, November 27, 1972 in a Shreveport hospital after a
long illness.  He was a native of Winn Parish and a member of the Mt. Zion
Methodist Church.  

Survivors include two sisters, Miss Mae Garner and Mrs. Pearl Jennings, both
of Montgomery, and several nieces and nephews.
