Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mr. Grigsby, 80, died Wednesday, November 7, 1990 in Autumn Leaves Nursing Home after a long illness. A Winnfield native born November 7, 1990, Ed Grigsby was the son of the late Waco and Irene Eagles Grigsby. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the First Baptist Church. Mr. Grigsby was a retired techician with Olin Mathieson Forestry Division. Survivors include his wife, Maude C. Grigsby; two daughters, Jean J. Storey and Niomia J. Bonnette, both of Winnfield; one brother, Joe Grigsby of Shreveport; one sister, Elsie G. Dickerson of Shreveport; five grandchildren, Tanya S. Conlay of Natchitoches, Tracy B. McGee, Marlo B. McNaughton, Jill Bonnette, and Stoney Bonnette, all of Winnfield, and four great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Benny Long, Tommy Straughn, Delane Crain, David Bonnette, Charles Bice, and Stuart Storey.
