Winn Parish Enterprise    Undated article
   Services for Steve Edward Garrett were held at 2 p.m. Friday in
Yankee Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. E. D. Morris, Shelby Boyd
and Glynn Griffin officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery under
direction of Southern, Winnfield.
   Garrett, 33, of Goldonna died Wednesday afternoon, December 10, 1986 in
an automobile accident near Campti.
   Survivors include his wife, Karen Weeks Garrett of Goldonna; one 
daughter, Sylvia Ray Garrett of Goldonna; his parents Mr. and Mrs. John E.
Garrett of Calvin; one brother, Stanley Garrett of Calvin; three sisters,
Becky Jordan and Theresa Bailey, both of Winnfield and Anita Hay of Shreveport;
his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Hubbard Garrett of Calvin; and his stepgrand-
mother, Lou Singleton of Tioga.
