Died

Marshall Gates, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. G. Gates, of Sikes, died with
appendicitis Thursday, May 5.  He was 14 years of age and is survived by his
parents and two brothers and one sister.  Interment was in the Sikes Cemetery.
