Lemmea Gentry, 84, Dies After Brief Illness

Lemmea M. Gentry, 84, died Sunday, January 7, 1968 in his home near Winnfield
after a brief illness.  He was a member of the Dry Prong Primitive Baptist
Church, a tree farmer, and a retired stockman.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Southern Funeral Home
with the Rev. Lester Carpenter and Rev. Alson Jeter officiating.  Burial was
in the Corinth Tabernacle Cemetery.

Survivors are his widow; one son, Elgie Gentry of Concrete, Wash.; two
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
