John C. Gibson, Jr.

Mr. John C. Gibson, Jr., of Port Nechez, Texas died in a Houston, Texas
hospital.  He is survived by his wife, Marie Langley Gibson; two daughters,
Kathy Rae and Kristy Kay of Port Nechez; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John C.
Gibson, Sr., of Winnfield; one sister, Mrs. D'Juana Rae Chandler of Lake
Charles, La.; three brothers, Billy Wayne Gibson of Miama, Fla., Jimmy
H. Gibson of Monroe, La., and Larry A. Gibson of Mansfield; eleven nieces and
nephews and one great niece of Austin, Texas.  Funeral services were held in
Claton Thomas Funeral Home, burial in Oak Bluff Cemetery.  Mr. John C. Gibson
died at the age of 56.  Services were conducted by Rev. Mike Woods.
