Mrs. M. Gilcrease, 94 Years Old, Dies Here Tues., July 14

Funeral rites for Mrs. Mary Allen Gilcrease, 94 year old Winnfield resident
for about 50 years, who died at 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, 1964, in a local
hospital after a long illness, were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Winnfield
Church of Christ.

Officiating at the last rites were the Rev. Curtis Rozell and Mr. Hollis,
pastor of the church.  Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery under direction of
Southern Funeral Home.

Acting as pallbearers were Earl and Willie Frederick, Bennie Gilcrease, Lee
Bland, Oree Allen, and Jack Plunkett.

Surviving are five sons, Charlie Perow of Winnfield, Arthur Perow of
Logansport; Richard, John, and Noah Gilcrease of Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs.
Leona Frederick of Winnfield; 21 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
