Mrs. Alma Gordy, 73, Dies; Rites At Goldonna Wed.

Mrs. Ida Gordy, 73, of Goldonna, died Monday, March 10, 1969 in a Winnfield
hospital following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Goldonna Assembly of God
Church with Rev. A. S. Davis and Rev. Huey White officiating.  Burial was in
Goldonna Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are two sons, L. T. Gordy of Goldonna and Henry Gordy of Monroe; two
daughters, Mrs. Carson Sanders and Mrs. B. E. Bedgood of Goldonna; four
brothers, Joe Ables of Washington, Gene Ables of Calvin, Charles Abels and Bob
Ables of Goldonna; 15 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
