CRAIG, Colo. - Services for Harvey Joe Gorham will be today in
Calvary Baptist Church with Ken Gleason and Ed Gatlin officiating.
Burial will be at Little Bear Ranch.

He was a native of Joyce, La., and a former resident of Winnfield,
La., and Dry Prong, La., and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.
He was employed for Southern Bell in Louisiana and Florida, and
retired from Mountain Bell in Colorado with 30 years of service.
He was a rancher, farmer and businessman.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter; one brother, Kenneth V. 
Gorham of Pineville; two sisters including Lee Rachal of 
Natchitoches; and three grandchildren.

Memorials donations may be made to a trust fund for his grand-
children at First Security Bank, 250 W. Victory Way, Craig, CO.*****************************************************************


NOTE: Not mentioned in the obituary, he is also survived by one son;
and a sister, Nell Gorham Blackstock of West Monroe, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Edward Gorham, Sr.
and Carrie Jenny McDavid Gorham, and one brother, Clarence Edward
"Red" Gorham, Jr., all of whom are buried at Forest Lawn Memorial
Park in Pineville, LA.  Rest in peace, Uncle Harvey.
