Russell Grantadams

Funeral services for Russell Grantadams were held at 11 a.m. Friday, September
3, 1993 in the First Baptist Church, Winnfield, with Dr. Calvin Phelps
officiating and services followed at 3 p.m. Friday in the St. Francis DeSales
Catholic Church in Echo with Father Ferre DeCruz officiating.  Burial was in
the St. Francis DeSales Cemetery in Echo, La., under direction of Southern
Funeral Home, Winnfield.

Mr. Grantadams, age 62, of Winnfield died at 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, September 1,
1993 in the Winn Parish Medical Center.  He was a native of Echo, La., a
member of the Catholic Church, and was owner of Grantadams Dairy Maid in
Winnfield since 1957.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Grantadams of Winnfield; one son, Steve
Grantadams, Winnfield; four daughters, Brenda Smith, Joanie Zimmerman, Vicki
Smith, and Terri Hodnett, all of Winnfield; two brothers, Herman Grantadams
and Lee Grantadams, both of Winnfield; four sisters, Dotris LaCombe, Hilda
LaCombe, and Diane Roe, all of Echo, La., and Shirley Morris of Houston,
Texas; 10 grandchildren.
