Last Rites For Mrs. W. M. Grice To Be Held Fri., 10 A. M.

Last rites for Mrs. W. M. Grice, about 85, who died at her home on the Tullos
highway several miles from Winnfield Wednesday morning, will be held at the
Old Union Church near Joyce Friday at 10 a.m.  Rev. E. B. Barton will
officiate.

A native of Rapides Parish, Mrs. Grice before her marriage to the late Rev. W.
M. Grice was Miss Sarah Wright, and was widely known as "Aunt Sally".  She had
been making her home on the Tullos highway for more than 50 years.  She was a
member of the Old Union Church.

Mrs. Grice is survived by four daughters, Mrs. W. S. Dunn, Mrs. T. P. Ingles,
Mrs. Otis Wood, and Mrs. J. I. Porter, all of Route 2, Winnfield; and two
sons, Oscar Grice of Slidell and Arthur Grice of Joyce.  Another son, Earl,
preceded her in death.
