Final Rites For S. M. Green, 84, At Cypress Creek

Solomon Morgan Green, 84, a retired farmer, died Thursday, October 11, 1962,
in a Winnfield hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Cypress Creek Baptist
Church with the Reverends Louis B. Williams and Rev. J. C. Creel officiating. 
Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Green is survived by his widow; three sons, DeLoy, Roy, and Clayton Green, all
of Dodson; five daughters, Mrs. Ermon Holland and Mrs. Gilbert Jones, both of
Dodson, Mrs. Wilton Talley of Pioneer, Mrs. Edgar Cockerham of Lubbock, Texas,
and Mrs. Coy Blake of Delhi; two brothers, J. W. Green of Dodson and Jesse
Green of Tullos; 31 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
