T. S. Greer Dies; Interment To Be Held At Mt. Zion

Thomas S. Greer, 87, of Montgomery, died at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 1969
in a Natchitoches nursing home following a long lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in
Montgomery with Rev. Odis Dumas and Rev. Roy Moore officiating.  Interment
will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ida Mae Greer of Montgomery; one son, Ear. S.
Greer of Baytown, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Margie Parrish of Vinton and
Mrs. Claude Adcock of Natchitoches; one brother, Byron Simmons of Arcadia;
four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
