Roy W. Green, 52, Dies; Rites At Cypress Creek

Roy W. Green, 52, of Route 2, Dodson, died at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, August 11,
1970 in Winnfield General Hospital.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 Wednesday at Cypress Creek Baptist Church
with Rev. Lewis B. Williams and Rev. Paul Browning officiating.  Interment was
in the church cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ernestine Green of Dodson; one son, Raymond
Green of Dodson; two brothers, Deloy Green of Dodson and Clayton Green of
Rome, Georgia; five sisters, Mrs. Gilbert Jones of Dodson, Mrs. Wilton Talley
of Pioneer, La., Mrs. Mettie Cockerham of Dodson, Mrs. Coy Blake of Delhi,
Mrs. Zelma Holland of Dodson; his mother, Mrs. S. M. Green of Dodson; one
uncle, Jessie Green of Dodson.
