She was the widow of the late Lee Grigsby who passed away on June 26. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield with the Rev. W. R. Gage officiating, assisted by the Rev. Dayton Doughty. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield. Mrs. Grigsby was a native of Lincoln Parish and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. Mignon Oden of Memphis, Tenn., Mrs. Mattie Smith Colvin and Mrs. Emma Smith Hamilton, both of Dubach and Mrs. Della Smith Colvin of Shreveport and a number of nieces and nephews including John W. Riley and Mrs. Roy Gardner of Winnfield. Pallbearers included Cas B. Moss, Ed Grigsby, A. B. White, Benny Smith, James Machen, and Carroll Hatcher.
