Grigsby Graveside services for Ulysses S. Grigsby, 67, of Vivian, La., were held Monday, March 5, 1t 11 a.m. in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Wellman Funeral Home. The Rev. Leon Williams, associate pastor of Highland Baptist Church, officiated. Mr. Grigsby, a native of Winnfield, La., died Thursday, March 1, 1984 in Roseview Nursing Home following a long illness. He had been a resident of Vivian for three years. He was a retired electrician and was affiliated with the Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his two brothers, Ed W. Grigsby of Winnfield and Joe E. Grigsby of Diana, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. S. W. Dickerson of Shreveport and Mrs. T. R. Stafford of Baton Rouge; and a number of nieces and nephews.
