Final Rites Held For John Grigsby in New Orlenas

Funeral services for John Grigsby, 56, who spent most of his early life in
Winnfield, were conducted at a New Orleans funeral home July 10, with burial
following in a New Orleans cemetery.  Mr. Grigsby succumbed July 8 after
suffering a heart attack at his home in Gretna, La.  He had been retired for
the past five or six years because of ill health.

Surviving are his wife of Gretna; his mother, Mrs. Will Eagles of 501 Walnut
Street, Winnfield; and one brother, Tom Grigsby of Hot Springs, Ark.
